Law expected to be submitted to the Bundesrat in June
The Committee on Transport and Digital Infrastructure decides to extend the toll exemption for natural gas trucks until 31 December 2023 and to exempt CNG and LNG vehicles from tolls for a further three years. The law draft will be debated in the German Bundestag in the course of next week and will probably be presented to the Bundesrat in June
We are glad about this further important step on the way to a climate-friendly heavy goods transport.
